# FLEEING AND PURSUIT RULES

* A clean getaway has no time limit.
* There is no limit to the number of police cars in a pursuit.
* If a criminal's vehicle flips over, they must surrender or continue the chase on foot. The same rule applies to police.
* In the event of a motorcycle crash, the criminal must surrender or continue the chase on foot.
* It's forbidden for either side to use repair kits during a pursuit.
* Barricades must have a space to allow passage. They should make things difficult, but not completely block the way.
* It's forbidden to flee to safe zones or organization territories. It's also forbidden to give a verbal command for an arrest in those locations.
* The priority of a stop is containment (arrest), not execution. The main goal of the police is to make arrests and ensure civilians have the right to a defense.
